Return & Change Policy

T-TECH is committed to making you happy before, during and after every purchase. To fully protect your rights and enjoy satisfactory shopping experience, please read the following details for conditional return & refund service.

Products with quality problems or non-human caused problems
Returns within 30 Days
We will provide quality warranty service if there are any quality problems or non-human caused problems. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days by contacting [email protected] with your order number, video or picture proof of the damage and two express lists. Warranty time starts from the time when you receive the products. Please note that any overdue requests will not be accepted.

Returns within 15 days
If you decide that your T-TECH purchase isn’t right for you, you’ll have up to 15 days to return it with the receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs in these cases must be covered by the buyer. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was received including all manuals and packaging to avoid being subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will receive your refund within approximately 15 days after the returned item arrives back at our warehouse. 

Returns after 30 Days

If the 30-day returns window has passed, the product has quality problems, and your product is still under warranty. Our return policy is consistent with this dedication to quality, allowing you to receive replacement parts and access to service technicians as needed for the duration of your purchase’s warranty. Just email us at [email protected]. The specific maintenance method shall be subject to the negotiation result. Coverage for commercial users varies depending on the item, but usually about one to two years. Specific warranty information can be found in the back of each item’s instruction manual.

Cancel an order
>You can cancel an order before you receive the tracking number. To cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will refund purchase price of the item as well as delivery, shipping, and service fees. If canceling an item means your order is no longer eligible for a promotion or a quantity discount. We will recalculate your total purchase price and apply applicable charges to your selected payment method.
>If you want to cancel an order after you receive the tracking number, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. The product may be returned to the sender. When the tracking information shows "Returned To Sender", you may request a refund. We will deduct from the refund amount all charges related to the delivery of the order to the country of destination and its return.

Once your product has been received by us, please allow approximately 15 days to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our Returns Policy.
 

Delivery

We cooperate with three major carriers are FedEx, UPS, DHL.

When we deliver the product for you, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your package through the tracking number.
